What if we can’t get all the team together at one time?
There are a few options to make sure that nobody misses out. For example, we can deliver a webinar or short online workshop to ‘mop up’ anyone who couldn’t attend in-person. We can also give you a full day workshop that’s split into two (with the same content delivered twice during the day) so that you can split your team and keep your business ticking over while the training is happening.
What if we need to postpone or cancel?
We understand, unexpected things happen. We’ll do our very best to flex around whatever you need and we’ll endeavour to find an alternative date to suit you. If our team has already travelled to your area to deliver your session, then postponing will involve additional cost. We’ll talk you through the detail based on the exact situation. We don’t refund cancellations made with less than 1 week of notice, but we will happily reschedule it for you!
How long are InsideMinds workshops?
All of our workshops can be modified to fit the time that you have available from 1 hr (albeit this is more presentation than workshop) through to a full day (10-4pm). The longer the workshop, the greater the opportunity to engage with the content, apply it and practice.
We feel we need something bespoke – is that possible?
Yes, absolutely. We always work with you to understand your specific challenges and unique team situation. Workshops are tailored to your business, including using real scenarios which your team face daily. If your team would benefit from different topics than those laid out on this page that’s no problem at all.
What format are InsideMinds workshops?
The short answer is – whatever format works for you! We can tailor our workshops for in-person, online or hybrid delivery.
How many people can attend?
We find that 10 people is an ideal number to enable really useful interaction and plenty of practice. If your team is bigger, then give us a call and we’ll discuss options with you.
