That includes vets, nurses, reception teams, and managers - anyone who interacts with clients. Practices often use the series to support coaching, team training, or CPD goals.
Do we need client consent to share consultations?
Yes, you’ll need appropriate consent, we can help you put the right things in place. You upload your recordings to our portal and then we handle them securely. We never share recordings or transcripts with third parties, and we have a retention policy which ensures appropriate deletion once the recordings are no longer required to provide you with our service.
How does an InsideConsult, InsideCall or InsideMessage review work?
