The team are always looking for ways to tweak and hone their communications and so asked us to audit their health plan communications - from their website to SMS messages and much more - and to make recommendations for ways in which behavioural science may help them make small, incremental enhancements.

We listened carefully to understand Thrums Vets' aims and what makes their health plan special. Then we audited all of the communications against our behavioural science-based communication criteria before mocking up each communication to bring our recommendations to life.
