Ceva Animal Health challenged us to help their sales team dial up the power in their communications.
The Challenge
As one of the fastest growing, global animal health companies, Ceva Animal Health is committed to making life better for both animals and vet teams. The challenge they faced is a common one - that even when there's an obvious opportunity to improve patients' lives, changing established behaviours is tough. Ceva asked InsideMinds to deliver a workshop to their companion animal sales team, which would engage them and spark fresh thinking. Ultimately with the aim of helping them drive effective behaviour change to better the lives of pets and their humans.
The Process
We led the Ceva team through an exploration to identify the key priorities. Then we got to work designing the workshop and creating content that would inspire and engage. The Ceva team were involved at every step so we could be sure they were happy with the direction we took.
The Solution
A practical, engaging, interactive face-to-face workshop exploring the communication of value, price and the psychology of behaviour change. As well as the workshop itself, we gave the team a toolkit which included discussion aids, frameworks and reminder notes. We also provided an online session so anyone who couldn't make the workshop could still reap the benefit.
